“Very wonderful stay exceptional front desk as we checked in everything was good restaurants were excellent. Sean the driver for shuttle excellent he knew where to go referred us to a swaray of places to eat. Adrain the front door guy was very hospitable as well the housekeeper staff phenomenal no complaints I’d give this Hotel best rate ever.”

“First, the guy at the valet was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Our room was fantastic, very comfortable. The restaurant food was great except they didn't receive their beer delivery so the beer options were limited. The elevators are a small but I would expect that in an old building. Check in and check took a total of 4 minutes combined. I would definitely stay here again.”

“This is my go to hotel when coming into Rva, and I have been loyal n spending my money here for years , and literally feel disrespected at my treatment on last 2 trips, this very last trip was traumatic and horrifying, it was 1 of few rooms that visually didn't look bad, but, it had bed bugs, and yes i have pictures and videos, they actually asked if I wanted to stay in the room.
